ConspiracySuisse.com (“CS”), its owners and affiliates (individually and collectively, “We”/”Us”/”Our”) operate this website (the “Site”) as a service (Our “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by Us through CS, governs your visit to the Site, and explains how We collect, use, share, safeguard, disclose, or otherwise process information that results from Your, meaning you as an individual, and if applicable, the company or other legal entity you represent (individually and collectively, “You”) use of Our Services. By using Our Services, You agree to the collection and use of Your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection & Use

Parts of Our Services offer an opportunity for You to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the Site. When You leave comments on the Site, register for forums and/or participate in topical discussions, or fill out Our contact form (collectively “Comments”) we collect the data shown in the corresponding form, and also Your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

We may use Your data to contact You in order to provide You links or access codes, send You news if you opted-in to receive them, or reply to your queries. You may opt-out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from Us by either e-mailing Us or by following an unsubscribe link. Comments that You leave will be published with the user name You registered at the Site with. Our sales related operations are conducted by third parties, including but not limited to Amazon.com, Paddle.com, Spring, and others. We therefore do not collect any transactional data, which means data collected automatically while processing a user request (for example during payment processing).

We collect aggregate usage data which includes information that Your browser sends whenever You visit the Site or when You access Our Services by or through any device. This Usage Data may include information such as Your computer’s Internet Protocol address (IP address), browser type, browser version, language, the pages of the Site that you visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on different pages, device identifiers and other diagnostic data. We use the collected data to monitor the usage of Our Services, to detect, prevent and address technical issues, and to customize Our Services.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to Your browser from the Site and stored on Your device.

If You leave a Comment on the Site You may opt-in to saving Your user name and email address in cookies. These are for Your convenience so that You do not have to fill in Your details again when You leave another Comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Data Retention & Access

If You leave a Comment, the Comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so We can recognize and approve any follow-up Comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on the Site (if any), We also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Whether registered or not, at Your request, We will provide You with reasonable access to Your personal information, so that You can review what We have stored and, if You choose, request corrections to it. Comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Your Rights

If You have an account at the Site, or have left Comments, You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data We hold about You, including any data You have provided to Us. You can also request that We erase any personal data We hold about You. This does not include any data We are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personally identifiable information from children under 16. If You are under age 16, do not share personal information with Us. If You become aware that a child under 16 has provided Us with Personal Data, please inform Us. We do not automatically filter, edit, publish, or review Comments prior to their presence on the Site. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Us. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posted their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, We shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on the Site.

We reserve the right to manually monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which We deem to be inappropriate. You hereby grant Us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, and authorize others to use, reproduce, and edit any of Your Comments in any and all forms, formats, or media.

Changes
